"Lisa Rowinski has been my daughter's Case Manager for several years.  Lisa is the best Case Manager my daughter, Meredith has ever had.  We have experience with several case managers and while they all care and do their best, Lisa goes way beyond expectations.  For example, she has been learning American Sign Language to better communicate with her Deaf clients.  She also has set up several social activities for Meredith and even arranged a meeting with another Deaf client and they have become friends who now go to several events together by themselves with minimal supervision.  She is always proactive as an advocate for Meredith and creative in her solutions.  Her hard work, dedication and passion are obvious in her actions and I can only say that her clients, specifically my daughter, are lucky to have her."

"We couldn't be happier with our Supports Coordinator, Julie.  We were on a 1-3 goal plan to get my daughter independent and moved into her own little place and Julie got us there.  She got us to the right people to get other services we might need and she made it happen.  One of the main things I love about Julie is to watch her with my daughter.  She just listens to everything she has to say.  She really listens to her and what her goals and dreams are.  She doesn't treat you like a case number.  She always finds new opportunities and other special programs in art and music and is constantly looking out for things my daughter loves."
