The 28th Annual Caregiver Appreciation Day will be held on Thursday, May 13, 2010.  Last year a record crowd of 850 caregivers, people with disabilities and family members turned out and had a blast.  The crowd applauded the caregivers who were honored with Angels Among Us Awards, did the twist with Harley biker guy, Dano, and cheered for caregivers and people with disabilities who modeled in the Kohl's Caregiver Fashion Show.

This day is an opportunity for MORC, our providers and the community to acknowledge the wonderful work of our caregivers.  This event is going to be bigger and better than last year and we strongly encourage you to attend! 

Please reserve your space by downloading and completing the registration form below.  The early registration cost, which is non-refundable, is $30 per caregiver.  Your check must be received by April 22.  After April 22, it's $35 per person.  Any person with a disability or caregiver that models in the Kohl's Caregiver Fashion Show will be charged a reduced ticket prices of $20 per person.

We encourage you to reserve entire tables for your corporation for an additional $5 per table (10 guests per table).  If you are interested, please note it on the registration form and include this amount for each table you wish to reserve when placing your ticket order.  The location of your tables will be on a "first come, first serve," basis based upon receipt of your registration and check.

Registration forms need to be returned by Monday, May 3 to ensure your receipt of tickets prior to the event.  Seating is limited, so reserve early to avoid having your ticket request denied.  If you have any questions, please call Sue Gipperich at 248-276-8051 or Candy Cranston at 248-276-8017.
