This online, interactive course will take learners through the following seven modules related to documentation as part of the Entry-Level Caregiver training: Medicaid Streams of Funding; Documentation Basics; Incident Reports; the Healthcare Chronological; Appointment Information Records; Data Sheets; and Community Living Support Logs. This training should be utilized it is entirety when meeting the training compliance for documentation and certification. After the initial certification this course can also be utilized by Direct Support Professionals or Managers as supplemental training as needed.
