At the heart of any well run program is a well prepared and supportive leader. Effective leaders know that relationship is the key to building successful teams. These team relationships impact the health of the team, which impacts the quality of care provided. The feeling of connectedness as a team makes it possible for caregivers to build sustaining relationships with the individuals they serve and their circles of support. This six (6) hour training is designed to help support organizational leaders and supervisors who desire to create Cultures of Gentleness, not only for the individuals they serve but for the teams they manage. This training will provide you with concrete tools and structure to increase confidence and leadership skills.
