How we are commited to a Culture of Gentleness:Integrated Living is committed to the Culture of Gentleness throughout the Agency. We have had numerous direct care staff, managers, and administrative staff participate in trainings, including the three-day practicum, manager’s training, participation in monthly meetings, and attendance at COG conferences locally and around the world. The goal is for a core group of our administrative and management staff to become certified mentors in order to ensure consistent training and practice throughout the Agency.
