All of LADD’s management team has been trained in the Culture of Gentleness through MORC. Area Supervisors are on the Culture of Gentleness Committee that meets monthly. LADD worked closely with John McGee, founder of Gentle Teaching. He came to our organization and trained specifically with our staff.
