How we are commited to a Culture of Gentleness:
For many years now, Life Centers has demonstrated an agency wide commitment to a Culture of Gentleness in all aspects of the agency’s operations. Four members of our management team have completed the three day practicum. Members of our Executive Leadership team have also achieved the Gentle Teaching Trainer Certification. Our board members have participated in regular Gentle Teaching trainings and have approved the incorporation of a Culture of Gentleness in all aspects of the care we provide. New hires, existing caregivers, managers, coordinators, finance staff and our HR employees have all participated in regular Culture of Gentleness trainings. We also review the six elements of a Culture of Gentleness at monthly staff meetings agency wide.
