Our organization ensures that all of our staff are trained initially and on an ongoing basis in a Culture of Gentleness. Our goal is to practice the gentle teaching practicum with our clients each and every day. Management staff attend all MORC outside trainings and they in turn train the direct care staff in order to improve our overall services.
