Healthy Parent, Healthy Child

Join us for a wine, cheese and chocolate tasting and an important talk on Self-Care for the selfless parent. Caring for our children with special needs is often a full-time job, which leaves little time and energy for the wholesome nurturing of ourselves; the tired, overworked and undernourished parent of a special child. That means no chocolate, caffeine, exercise, shopping; whatever you need to get you through the day. In this talk, Diane Isaacs uses creative storytelling to share with her audience the benefits of self-care for yourself and your family.
